Welcome to EasyRides. By using our website (https://easyrides.in) or our mobile applications (Rider Companion & Driver Hero Partner), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Contractual Relationship

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EasyRides Technologies Private Limited. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platforms. EasyRides may immediately terminate these terms or any services with respect to you, or cease offering or deny access to the services at any time.

2. User Accounts

To use most aspects of the services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user services account. Account registration requires you to submit personal information, such as your name, mobile phone number, and age. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account.

3. Services & Fees

EasyRides provides a technology platform that enables users of mobile applications to arrange and schedule transportation services with independent third-party providers (Driver Partners). You acknowledge that EasyRides does not provide transportation services or function as a transportation carrier.

4. Partner Driver Guidelines (EasyRides Hero)

If you register as a Driver Partner on the EasyRides Hero application, you agree to comply with additional onboarding rules:

5. Limitation of Liability

EasyRides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
